Our Staff

Certified Veterinary Technicians

Our technicians have all been licensed through a 2 year training program.

Amy

Amy graduated from Parkland College in 1996 and has been a member of the hospital staff since May 1996. She has a Bullmastiff named Rhody and a guinea pig named Theo.

Lori
Lori began working at Palos Animal Hospital in 1995 as an assistant. She graduated as a certified veterinary technician from Parkland College in 2001. Lori's pets are a Sheltie/Chow mix named Nala, A Chocolate Lab named Floyd, and a Pit Bull named Rocky.

Carrie
Carrie graduated from Parkland College in 1984 and joined the hospital staff in July of that year. She has a Labrador named Buddy, a mixed breed dog named Oliver, and a Chinchilla named Dee.

Cyndy
Cyndy has been a technician at Palos Animal Hospital since her graduation from Parkland College in 1996. Her pets include dogs Tattoo and Igloo, and cats Sully and Squirt.

Brandy
Brandy first started working at Palos Animal Hospital in 1983 as a veterinary assistant. She graduated from Parkland College in 1986 and continued at the hospital as a certified veterinary technician. Her four dogs include two Shih-tzus (Mini and Mac), a Poo-Shi named Maisy, and a Shi-Poo named Mia. She also has two Macaws (Baby Bird and Kiwi), and an African Meyers Parrot named Mystic.

Jeri
Jeri graduated from Fox College as a certified veterinary technician in 2010. She joined the Palos Animal Hospital team in March of 2010. Her dog is a Brittany Spaniel named Harley.

Meghan
Meghan began working as a veterinary assistant at Palos Animal Hospital in July 2008, and graduated as a certified veterinary technician from Fox College in 2011. She has a Yorkshire Terrier named Zoey and a mixed breed dog named Koda.

Receptionists and Office Staff

Bonnie

Char
Char has been a part of the hospital team since 1988. Her dogs are named Ruby and Penny.

Chris
Chris joined the hospital staff in June of 1989. She has two Boxers, Gus and Bristol, a Boxer mix named Sydney, a Boston Terrier named Charlotte, and a cat named Marty.

Georgette
Georgette has been working at Palos Animal Hospital since August 2004. Her dogs are a Great Dane, Payton, a pit bull/boxer mix named Chase, a Dalmation mix named Jasper, and a Labrador mix named Charlie. She also has five cats: Julius, Colby, Charger, Tabby, and Ruby.

Beth
Beth has been a team member since March of 1995. She has a Siberian Husky named Timber, three Pugs named Frank, Bennie, and Joon, and five cats: Cheeto, Scarlet, Jackson, Henry, and Rose.

Ashely
Ashely began working at the hospital in May of 2007. She has a Pit Bull mix named Hannah.

Crystal
Crystal has been a member of the hospital team since October 2007. Her pets include two Pugs, Iggy and Onyx, and a terrier mix named Jaxx.

Veterinary Assistants

Sue
Sue first began working at the hospital in 1998. She has two Australian Shepherds, Kody and Rio

Miranda
Miranda has been a staff member since July 4, 2004. She has a Lab/Husky mix named Vegas, and a French Brittany Spaniel named Quigley.

Rebecca
Rebecca has worked at Palos Animal Hospital since October 2009. She has a Manchester Terrier named Yoda and a Golden Retriever named Taffy.

Dana
Dana has been working as a veterinary assistant since August 2008. She has a Siberian Husky named Jacob and a Shi tzu named Cookie.

Michelle
Michelle has been at Palos Animal Hospital since March 2009. Her dog is a Shih tzu named Cody.

Texy
Texy has been our clinic cat for over ten years. He spends most of the day sleeping underneath the ultrasound machine, but patrols the treatment room regularly for attention, snacks, and to stick his nose in everybody's business.
