Appointment Policy

To ensure that all patients recieve prompt and thorough attention, we operate on an appointments-only basis.  Emergency cases are always given top priority, which is why the occasional delay is inevitable.  Please understand that we make every effort to see all patients on time. 

Boarding Policy

Palos Animal Hospital offers boarding for both dogs and cats.  Dogs must be up to date on rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccines.  Cats must be up to date on rabies and feline distemper vaccines.  

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we ask that all dogs be put on a leash and properly controlled before entering the waiting room.  All cats should be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.
